Oslo is ranked the 13th world's most expensive city! I did notice it, and constantly had to stop myself from buying too many souvenirs.
Cruise ships definitely make their mark on the capital. Some days as many as three or four ships are docked at the same time, contributing to a vibrant life on the pier. The cruise ships brings passengers with different nationalities to Oslo. Almost a third of these passengers are Germans, followed by American and British tourists.
I unfortunately did not visit the most visited tourist attraction, the Vigelandsparken Sculpture Park. This park is filled with 212 bronze and granite sculptures designed by Gustav Vigeland.
As mentioned In my last post the Nobel Peace Prize is presented every year on 10 December in Oslo City Hall which is an impressive hall with all around pictures on the walls.
Have a look at the pictures for some more attractions and information.
